Training programmes

It is not surprising that Hygeco, as one of the founders of the ‘Institut Français de Thanatopraxie’, is also active in the field of training for the funeral industry.

At our head office near Paris, we make use of dedicated classrooms. In some cases, it is also possible to arrange courses at alternative locations. In addition to the Thanatopraxy training programme, Hygeco offers courses in the field of the general preparation of the deceased, as well as courses in facial reconstruction. The latter may be required after a serious accident or a devastating disease, for example. All courses are aimed at enabling a dignified farewell of the deceased for family and friends.
